New ENNHRI report showcases good practices of European NHRIs in advancing economic and social rights of migrants

Through its Asylum and Migration Working Group, ENNHRI has facilitated the exchange of good practices of European National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) working on promotion and protection of migrants’ access to economic and social rights. ENNHRI has also identified some of the major challenges and human rights concerns European NHRIs face in this area of work. All of the data collected from NHRIs has been complied in a report on migrants’ access to economic and social rights.

The report provides an overview of the main human rights issues faced by migrants’ when seeking to enjoy their economic and social rights and concrete examples of how NHRIs use their mandate to address them.
